Take a few minutes of your time and voice your opinion by taking this survey. Blu-ray Disc is the only high-definition optical disc format currently available. Many content producers who have investigated publishing on Blu-ray have found it to be complex, and expensive, and mandatory licensing requirements that did not exist for DVD or HD DVD.
