•All of the contols you'll need for working with markers can be found in the markers panel, which by default, is docked on the left-hand side of the screen.
•You can use the add marker button to drop in a flash cue point to at any point. This can also be done during playback.
•After setting your cue points, you can choose when one you want by double clicking on them.

•The marker details dialoge tells you information about each cue point. This is where you also name your marker, determine whether it should be an event or navigational marker, and you can any number of named value pairs. When working with flash and scripting, this can be really handy to drive animations.

•In Flash, using Actionscript, you can look for the name "DVPA Is All The Way," and when it comes across it, it will display the value "Great Value" in the text on screen.
•You also will be able to export these makers via a .flv file or export to disc as .xml data.
You can then import that .xml data into flash and work with it to customize animations! |
